Nehovoriac o tom že apka 9 z 10 rázov nevie načítať zoznam objednávok a píše že je nedostupný. Niektoré objednávky (od konkrétnych partnerov Modivo) nezobrazuje vobec a dopátrať sa k detailom objednávky je pôrod. Kontaktovať zákaznícky servis je ďalšia nocna mora kým sa prehryziete cez AI asistentka. Nejaku reálnu odpoved zo zákazníckeho servisu Dostanete až o pár dni, často len prepošlú genericky email a človeče poraď si sam.
