## MoDOT Traveler Information Reviews in United States

### *---- "Eternal sync"
I have used this app for years and loved it. During one of my recent iPhone updates it disappeared. I downloaded it again, but it doesn’t work anymore. There is a setup screen with three on/off switches. Nothing is showing other than the three switches. Turning them on doesn’t display whatever you just turned on. Then the app goes into an eternal “syncing” mode. It never stops or comes out of the syncing mode. I tried letting it sync for over four hours. Still syncing.

### *---- "Won’t load"
After installing, app won’t load any further, “syncing” shows on the screen but never progresses.
-- 1981JBS, 2025-06-06

### ***** "Excellent resource for commuters"
Not perfect but pretty good for free!
-- Lili McKee, 2025-05-20

### *---- "Modot"
Non functional freeze up when you try to view camera
-- Hand liberating, 2025-04-01

### *---- "Not very good"
None of the KC area cameras work at all, and updated info isn’t the greatest. Whoever is charge of the KC area district cameras needs to be FIRED.
-- spydermyke990, 2025-02-05

### ***** "Thank you"
Thank you for clearing the roads and letting me drive on clear roads to pick up my son from the hospital
-- Jacki Missouri, 2025-01-07

### *---- "Absolutely Abysmal"
This is the worst designed State Department of Transportation app I have ever used. Out of all 50 states, this one is last place. It's also funny because Missouri roads are some of the worst roads to drive on. Maybe MODOT just doesn't have the resources (which I find very hard to believe)?

Either way, it should be illegal for a state funded app to be this useless.

Horrendous UI/UX, everything is slow, camera feed is non-existent and nothing feels native.

No native libraries or kits were used in the development of this app. The entire layout looks and functions like someone lied on their resume.

No care whatsoever was put into this app. None.

It is so bad, that I actually would have preferred it to not exist in the first place.

MODOT should be unequivocally ashamed of itself for putting such an app into the hands of its tax payers.
-- SamFailsAtLife, 2025-01-05

### ***** "Fantastic Traveler Map"
MoDOT did an excellent job with this app. The information and data (especially access to the traffic cameras) pales in comparison to any of the surrounding states traveler maps. Don't get me wrong the app does have a couple of quirks but it's leagues better than our neighboring states transportation apps. This is a must have app if you're a resident or just passing through Missouri!
-- PyroMyotis, 2025-01-05

### *---- "Junk"
It used to be so easy to use and now non of the Cameras work. They are all greyed out. I used WIFI and data. I also deleted the app and reinstalled and restarted my phone. FIX YOUR APP!!!!!
-- TangyTaco2, 2025-01-04

### *---- "App does not work"
This app is terrible! It freezes up non stop. You are better off watching the news!
