This app is great user-friendly and always the point of scheduling I could never look any further for another software as this one has been my go to for years and I enjoy paying the money that I do as it is always worth it

Sorry you guys are too sensitive to understand and LISTEN to how crappy and unprofessional your sad attempt at a scheduling app is. But without the NEGATIVE feedback, nothing would ever IMPROVE. The constant freezing and crashing of this app is one of the most annoying things about it. It’s like you can’t move faster than the pace of a snail when trying to do ANYTHING in app. System overloads with quick actions and typing… it freezes multiple times every day… figure this out. Do better. Then we have the messaging issue. Constantly failing to send messages containing completely innocent words like “CBD” (which is used and praised by MILLIONS of dog owners over the GLOBE. Take the stick out of your back sides and FIND A BETTER MESSAGE SERVICE. I can’t even send the work “bum” when talking about grooming styles with my clients. Then sometimes it just decides when it’s not going to send a text and it kicks back for no reason saying that my clients cell phone is a landline all of a sudden and it can’t send … so I have to send the message through my personal line. Why are you even charging for messages when they don’t send, and your blocking DOZENS of texts????? What am I paying for?!! DO BETTER. Also the “timed message” feature next to the chat box is a total waste of space. No one is using that. For the astronomical cost of this app, you’d truly think these things would not be issues, but with each update , nothing actually improves. You need to stop focusing on trying to add all these ridiculous features and bells and whistles, and fix the problems that have been embedded within this app for ages!!! DO BETTER PLEASE.

We’re a big fan of the software. It’d be impossible to cobble together all of the features by yourself. It reduces startup time and headaches.
