If you load this app it says it has been removed. Don’t bother with it. Use web ordering.

This is a fraud app. I have loaded my money in the app and now it says the app is deleted when I am trying to open it . I am requesting merchant to refund the money I have loaded in the account as soon as possible before I file a complaint with my credit card company.

I tried placing an order and in the checkout screen, it kept buffering with an error that said “Sorry, we are closed for now”. I just ended up ordering in store - which was open.

Moge app is a huge scam to lure customers into reward problem. Lots of their franchise locations are not listed. The store ordering kios tells you can collect points for your purchases. They told me to download app to claim rewards. The Moge app didn’t have this specific location listed in the app….Typical Chinese runs company sorry sad to say so.

When will the Hamlin/winter garden location actually be added to the app so we can order thru the app?!?

The Winter Garden FL location isn’t even listed as “coming soon”, but it’s been open for over six weeks.

Can’t order through the app. I have select the flushing location but everything said sold out.

Won’t open or operate at all now. So much for points.

It is very glitchy and telling me without update.

My sole reason of using this app was to utilize its reward system since I frequent Moge Tea. However, the reward system has been down for a while, claiming “will update after the new year”. It has been almost 3 month since the message, so please expedite this update.
