The app would be useful for discount and to speed up the order process but no matter what I try I cannot sign up. I keep getting a technical difficulties error. Tried reinstalling but still no go. -- pityposter, 2025-10-15 ### *---- "not secure" I’m very disappointed with the recent experience. My login credentials are no longer working, and I’m unable to access my account. I had recently topped up money, but now I can’t use it at all. I’ve tried to reset my password, but nothing works. I hope the support team resolves this quickly, as this is very frustrating and inconvenient. -- Qazxup, 2025-07-31 ### *---- "Constantly logged out" If only it used passkeys then you might have a chance of logging in while at the counter, typing in an email address and a password is not possible, so last century. -- Density.coffee, 2025-04-03 ### *---- "Unable to log in" I have downloaded and re installed the app multiple times. It does not let me log in. -- Ruddles88, 2025-02-24 ### *---- "Always logging itself out" Keeps on logging me out, and with no facial recognition for login it is such a hassle. Should not have gotten past testing with this performance. -- FlabbyWhiteBoy, 2024-10-30 ### *---- "Poor app experience" One of the worst apps I have used. Hard to top up and can’t quickly see a balance. What is supposed to make buying a coffee easy is made hard. -- jacklocko, 2024-09-26 ### *---- "Upgrade is terrible" Can’t see what my credit is on the main screen. Can’t top up as returns a technical issue page. Guess I’ll go elsewhere! -- Nu Zillnder, 2024-08-18 ### **--- "My credit card has expired.. can’t add new one" My credit card has expired.. can’t add new one, either to use once to top up, or to save for future top ups.. -- smbnz, 2024-08-18 ### *---- "Cannot login funds stuck" I seem to have the same problems as others. The app cannot log me in as it’s unable to find internet connectivity which is absurd. Is there a chance that the developer will release a fix for this bug ? -- Anjangali, 2023-02-01 ### *---- "Can’t top-up" I try to top-up but keep getting an error saying it needs to be at least $1. Which it is. App is therefore useless and Mojo don’t have a working loyalty scheme. -- Ofiucus, 2023-01-31 [View all Mojo Coffee reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Mojo Coffee Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | New Zealand | Food Drink | #106 | ## Mojo Coffee Discovered Keywords - mojo coffee - mojo ## Mojo Coffee Available In - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/mojo-coffee-Evnk/new-zealand) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/mojo-coffee-Evnk/australia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
