## Mollie's Description
Mollie’s is a growing family of twenty-first century motel-diners with big ambitions. In spirit, Mollie’s was born in America – an offspring of the classic roadside motel and drive-in diner, a welcome stopover on a route to somewhere. We’ve borrowed the inviting red neon signs and the easy-going vibe, the burgers, the shakes, the bottomless coffee, a dash of nostalgia, but there’s nothing old-school about Mollie’s. Expect innovative digital check-in, EV chargers, designer rooms with a fresh Soho House look and affordable prices.

So far, two motel-diners; Mollie’s Oxfordshire opened in 2019, Bristol followed in 2021 (it’s already been named as the ‘Best Budget Hotel’ in this year’s Sunday Times Best Places to Stay). A mega Mollie’s in Manchester is on-track for 2023. With many more motels in the pipeline. Mollie’s is going places.

Download the Mollie’s App for an entirely digital experience. Book, see and manage your stay and Diner reservations anytime, check-in when it’s right for you and chat to our friendly team 24/7. EV drivers park up, plug in and press to start charging – conscience eased. Access your room with our digital key, control and cast all your favourite TV and Netflix whilst ordering food and checking out our staycation guides. Breakfast made easier, store your prepaid breakfast for you and the family in your Wallet and redeem in our Diner. All this from one place, seamlessly.

### *---- "Nice concept, awful execution"
We arrived for a stay at Bristol booked by my wife. I tried to link the booking reference in my app and it wasn’t recognised. We were told it was because we hadn’t checked in. It was too early to check in so my wife had to use her app to enable the car charging, only after someone at the checkin desk did something to the app that they didn’t share with us.

Once checked in later on, I tried again to link the app - still not recognised.

I tried to share the digital key from my wife’s app to mine. Before I can receive a key, it requires a OTP to be sent to my phone to verify the device. No code arrives when requested.

So two fails and no help from the support chat in the app.

Disappointing.

### ***** "Mollies"
Great app, seamless to use and made it very easy to check in and control my stay
-- charles!82!, 2022-08-08

### *---- "Useless"
Grab and go, tv casting, and chatting options all do not work. What a useless app?
-- Francesca.Rossi, 2022-03-10

### *---- "The app is more concerned about photos than efficiency"
I tried to order a takeaway on the app - try it. It takes you in never-ending circles while encouraging you to download your photos.
It’s a fail from me
