I never write reviews for an app, however, the fall from grace for this app is nothing short of sensational. It is such a disappointment to see how a useful, well-designed and purposeful app has turned into something completely different. Where once it used to be a digital scrapbook for childhood memories (and therefore provided something unique), it now competes with other common social media platforms such as Viber, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, etc. The current version is not a brainwave but rather, regrettably, a brain explosion.

Used to love this app to stay in touch with family in lockdown but the addition of the “home chat” function ruined what was great about the app which is people being able to comment on individual photos. The chat function makes it hard for anyone to comment on the photos you have to just comment on a whole up load. We have heaps of other avenues to “chat” - this app was great for being a virtual photo album- now it’s a disaster.

Hi team,

The recently released mandatory update changes a lot - I’m sure we’ll come to love some of the new features. 

However it appears to have wiped all prior journals - we had used journals to capture and share our bub’s key milestones.

Is there a way to retrieve them and add this feature back please?
