The user interface is simple and easy to use. Updates forwarded through automatically for classes and the like. Takes away the need for emails clogging up the mailbox.

Book appointment when you push add to calendar doesn’t auto populate the date and time…..

When I book , I don’t care so much about the date, I care more about the day of the week the class is on.

This app is easy to use however every time I open it on my phone, I get a notification from my phone’s anti virus software (Norton 360) advising that the site is not safe

It’s really annoying that you have to keep updating all your filter preferences every time you log in. If have a preferred location to show classes, it should stay there unless you specifically change it. And also too many steps to do anything. Not a good UX site

Would love to be able to select the business that you frequently attend as the only icon on my dashboard. Further it would be better if the classes appeared in real time, ie if you log in at 5pm I don’t want to see the earlier classes, just the upcoming classes.

There are so many reasons to love going to Showpony! Not only are the rooms incredibly spacious, always clean and perfectly decorated to make the perfect backdrop for any routine, but they also make it so easy for me as a student to book, reschedule classes and manage my payments through their app! Showpony is such a great and supportive community for all levels of expertise, the members are constantly encouraging one another both in the studio and the social media groups. My favourite reason to love Showpony is their phenomenal staff! In particular Miss Tiff (AKA Leigh)! Miss Tiff has helped me more than I can express with my confidence and self belief, the strength and fitness I have gained from her classes is unbelievable! MissTiff somehow makes every class feel fresh and exciting! She has the perfect balance between making a class easy enough that I’m not struggling, yet push myself as well to improve! I swear I leave every week so proud and feeling so good when I finish her classes! Her knowledge and skill when teaching technique is second to none she is so terrific at explaining where to put each body part to make a move safe and beautiful! More often than not, I walk out of my work out with more energy than when I walked in because her enthusiasm is infectious! Her choreography is simply incredible, being a beginner I wasn’t sure I would look graceful but she somehow makes us all look elegant and beautiful! Miss Tiff is so great at making her classes an enjoyable experience not only for new students, but experienced ones as well! She does not discriminate at all male or female - everyone is made to feel welcomed and included! She is so great as a teacher! When I did my first ever showcase with her she went out of her way to make sure all her students felt comfortable and well rehearsed for the evening! Miss Tiff is such an empathic teacher, always asking about new injuries and energy levels before we start every class! I love every moment I’m there from the warm ups at the start to the cool downs at the end, I am confident she is the reason I have fallen in love with Lyra the way I have and I am so greatful for all the time and love she puts into her students! I will be recommending Miss Tiff to anybody considering trying something new, no matter your experience/ age or confidence level she is one of the best instructors I have ever come across and you can easily see it by how much everyone loves to be in her class!

Every time I open this app I have to wait 2 or 3 minutes while the app 'updates'
