## Momento Dash Cam Viewer Reviews in United States

### *---- "Terrible app, Terrible camera"
I had this camera installed for over $700. I got a front, rear, and interior camera. The camera doesn’t constantly record, it misses so much time. It missed two accidents that happened in front of me and it missed someone hitting my car and running. I had it for a few months and ended up going back to the shop that installed it to get a different dash cam.

Next is the app, you can only access the footage when you’re inside your car with the car on. It’s so inconvenient and if someone was to steal your camera then you’d have no footage. Then the way the footage is set up is so inconvenient and confusing. It files your footage by minute and in four different categories… WHY? Then when you click on a video, realize it’s not the 60 seconds you want, and you back out of it then it sends you back to the start of all your videos. Who ever designed the app shouldn’t be in the tech industry. The WiFi often disconnects from your phone while you’re looking through footage too.

Overall I have nothing good to say about this app or camera.
-- WhalePirates, 2024-10-09

### ***-- "Some functionality"
Connecting camera WiFi to phone was clunky. WiFi name of camera should be printed on card issued with camera. User had to figure way too much on own. Much room for improvement.
-- Missouri_Roots, 2024-09-04

### *---- "Camera app and camera are awful"
Camera turns itself off. What is the point of having the camera if it’s going to turn itself off. It’s not recording things when I need it to, especially when my daughter is driving. She’s 16 and doesn’t care to remember to connect WiFi to camera. It should be an automatic connection. I have a lot more to say but no time.
-- DesireeDaun, 2024-08-11

### *---- "No longer links with car"
No option to link again, does not work unless car is turned on
-- Tazer server 1, 2024-07-13

### ***** "Lo máximo"
Claridad perfecta
-- el sabrozon, 2024-04-14

### ***-- "No app connectivity to cam"
There is no WiFi address to connect to. App is useless. Have reached out to support twice but no reply.
-- Agamemnon, 2024-03-23

### *---- "Missing buttons."
Instructions say to go to wifi connect, however theres no button there.
-- Saul661, 2024-02-23

### *---- "Save your money"
The camera does not work with an IPhone 15 pro max. I have sent two emails to customer service to see when they will update their app. They have not replied. Nearly 700 dollars for the camera/installation and I cannot use this for what I purchased it for. I am not able to record and save video. This was a was a waste of money and the customer service is non existent. Buyer beware!
-- Shou60, 2024-02-09

### *---- "WiFi"
Well I’ve had this camera for a few hours. WiFi connected at first. Now it won’t stay connected. Not sure if it’s the app or the camera.
-- Lamberttom, 2024-02-03

### ***-- "Dash cam app"
