TRANSFORM YOUR WAY OF BEING WITH A GUIDED PATH
Our Path meditations guide you seamlessly through the realms of Body, Mind, Heart and Space, with the choice to practise in Stationary or Walking Mode, encouraging practice any time, any place.

TAKE IT STEP BY STEP
Within the Paths in Learn, you’ll be guided through the teachings, techniques, and a meditation. In Practice, you’ll hone that technique as you meditate with more space and less guidance and in Apply, you'll receive practical guidance on how to integrate these techniques into daily life.

PRACTISE ANY TIME, ANY PLACE WITH EYES-OPEN MEDITATION
Our innovative open-eyes guidance blends meditation with daily life. Stay present and awake, making every moment an opportunity for mindfulness.

PERSONALISE YOUR JOURNEY
Use our Daily Reflect feature to check in with how you’re feeling in one or more areas of your being. We’ll then tailor your progression through the Paths and you’ll receive Moments recommendations based on your reflections, along with a thought-provoking quote to encourage deeper self-exploration.

MEDITATIONS FOR ALL MOMENTS
Our comprehensive Moments bank offers stand-alone meditations from 4 to 30 minutes, catering to your unique needs. From sessions for sleep, anxiety, and stress, to those that deepen your awakening experience, we've got you covered.

SHORT AND SWEET
When you’re in a rush and literally only have a moment to meditate, you can find a selection of eyes-open Short meditations on your Home screen. These practices aim to give you a glimpse of the awakened mindset you’re travelling towards, motivating you to to come back and continue the Path journey when you’ve got a little more time on your hands.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN ONE PLACE
Head to your Home Tab to check in with your guide, Alisha, and find everything you need for your daily practice. Here you can see where you’re up to on your Path and dive back in, explore the Moments recommended for you each day, or access a selection of eyes-open Short meditations for a quick awakening practice.

STAY MOTIVATED AND EARN REWARDS
Journey with us and track your progress. Our challenge meter keeps you motivated, offering badges from Bronze to Gold and beyond. Share your progress, inspire others, and never worry about missing a day.

EMBRACE ACCOUNTABILITY WITH FRIENDS
Buddy Up to stay accountable. Invite friends to connect, compare progress, and motivate each other. See how your habit compares to the wider Moments of Space community each month.

## Moments of Space Meditation Reviews in United States

### *---- "promising but non-functional"
i’m hoping this isn’t vaporware, but after enjoying the initial steps, and then purchasing a subscription the app is suddenly completely offline, unusable, and only provides cryptic and non-sensical error messages and blank screens

update: works very intermittently, got me hooked, and it’s a decent meditation app….but I really need it this week and it crashes upon launch every time

update update: no responses from support despite multiple attempts (apart from snarky responses here to bad app reviews). would love some help, would love to use the app
-- pudddles, 2026-04-12

### *---- "Used to love this app"
I am a paid user who used to love this app but for the last month everytime I open try to open the app it crashes. Really unfortunate because I have loved this app for years.
-- Kiz kizz, 2026-02-18

### *---- "Cannot use app anymore"
I tried to use the messaging service on the website however it would not send the message so here it is.

I’m a premium member and I have not been able to use the app for approx one month It either immediately closes the app or I get some hope and as soon as make any selection it closes the app. I have installed and deleted the app numerous over the month and still no luck
-- Jenn122, 2025-10-09

### ***-- "App crashes"
I loved this app because it offers walking meditations. It worked for a week and now crashes upon opening even after uninstalling and reinstalling twice. I reached out to the developers and did not hear back. I hope they are working on a fix!
-- Tnbmn, 2025-09-11

### *---- "Can’t log in"
I paid for a yearly subscription and I’m unable to log in. They said they’re having problems with logging in with Apple ID…..that’s it, no solution on how to fix it!
-- Cadiz36, 2025-09-06

### *---- "No longer able to log in"
Not sure what happened but after the latest update, I can no longer log into the app using my Apple account. When I’m actually able to access it, I do enjoy the app.
-- Mel_808G, 2025-08-23

### *---- "app keeps crashing - couldn’t even get started"
Just downloaded the app, and it shuts down right after I tap “start my journey.” Useless
-- Regina Gross, 2025-07-27

### ***** "Changed my Life"
The way this app teaches specific meditation techniques for different situations and moment, the way it helps me calm down when I am upset. The sounds, the interface, the branding, everything is so nice and clean and calming. I am so happy this app exists, thank you for helping me out on good and bad days 💕
-- Mariemf mf, 2025-07-05

### *---- "Crashed immediately"
Clicked on start my journey and the app crashed. Rebooted my phone, same result.
-- NoNameMan1!, 2025-07-04

### ***** "Best Meditation App!"
I absolutely love this app. I have used it since it started and it has helped me so much. I have completed the Path series 5 times and each time internalized more. I also find the other meditations on the app very helpful. After trying most of the meditation apps that are available, this is my favorite.
