how can an insurance company half my returns despite having a green heart score and level 5 fitness. clearly momentum does not care about their clients, there is no financial benefit this year to maintain my health and fitness.

* The recharge day is very unreliable and glitches often
* I received an email where it said my fitness day was due but it’s still valid until August
Needs work
Not the most friendly app to navigate and the access to travel & online shop is seriously lacking. This a lot can be done to improve the app for users.
Fitness points
People can bend time and space and get up to double the allowable points!
Battery eater
The app works as intended. Only issue that I have found is that is consumes so much battery life and keeps running the background long after you stopped driving.
Other than that it’s a good app and would still recommend it.
Unhappy
This app shows that it’s monitoring my driving even though I’m a passenger in a different car
Admin
This app requires a lot of admin! Want a medical plan not this bunch of admin
Too complicated
I find everything momentum too complicated. Unless one wants to spend hours analysing various communications it is impossible to reconcile origional claims, with approval and then at long last some reimbursements.
That raises suspicions amongst your members
Inconsistent
This app is great on the health side but multiply is poor. Not only does it not accurately sync to your device, not allowing you to fully enjoy the benefits but it’s always down for maintenance, difficult to navigate and frustratingly inaccurate.
