## momnt. Description
Momnt helps you take control of your time by adding intention every time you open distracting apps.

How It Works
Set your daily screen time limit and start a Focus Session. MOMNT blocks selected apps until you intentionally unlock them—either by:
Tapping your MOMNT band (NFC)
Waiting through a 10-second countdown (no band required)
This small moment of friction helps you pause and ask: Do I really need this right now?

Key Features:

FOCUS SESSIONS
Block distracting apps while working or studying
Set daily screen time limits (15 minutes to 4 hours)
Stay aware with a clean, battery-style time display

BREAK SESSIONS
Choose a break length (1–30 minutes)
Apps re-block automatically when time’s up
Extend breaks or end early anytime

MODES
Band Mode: Tap your MOMNT band using NFC
Countdown Mode: 10-second unlock without hardware
Switch modes anytime in settings

SMART CONTROLS
Adjust limits once daily to reduce bypass temptation
Works even when the app is closed
Persistent sessions across restarts
Simple, distraction-free interface

FAILSAFE
If your daily time runs out and you want more time you can wait 60 seconds to add 10 more minutes to the time bank.
If you ever need to remove MOMNT’s restrictions completely, you can uninstall the app. This restores normal app access instantly.

DESIGN & PRIVACY
Minimal glassmorphic interface built for focus
No ads, no subscriptions, no data collection
All usage data stays securely on your device
