I purchased a subscription but it is not reflected. I wrote a request, but they cannot contact me and help.

Subscription options:
- One-monthly subscription for $US9.99 (or the equivalent in local currency), automatically renewed until canceled.
- One-yearly subscription for $US47.99 (or the equivalent in local currency), automatically renewed until canceled.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current payment period.
Your iTunes account will be automatically charged at the same price for renewal within the 24-hour period prior to the end of the current payment period unless you change your subscription preferences in your Account Settings.
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
You can manage your subscriptions through your Account Settings after purchase.
When a subscription is canceled, access to the app’s courses and features will expire at the end of the current payment period.

Fabulous learning app, Mondly!
I’m learning Afrikaans so I am able to communicate with my family, majority of it all speaking Afrikaans, and also because I want to speak it with immediate family and friends. I was very young when I left my country so I was never taught how to speak it. But Mondly, it is an amazing app. I’m learning sentences in a matter of days. Thanks!

Overall really good
Really good wish it had more stuff to do without paying but really worth the money if your willing to dedicate even just ten mins a day and practicing before bed. Overall really good and recommend the premium if your gonna stick at it.

This app is amazing for beginners, I’ve often found myself lost trying to learn a language but none of the apps I’ve tried either arnt good or don’t even have the language I want to learn. This app actually gets you to practice speaking and typing with bots!
