The app offers an auto-renewing Premium Subscription. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

My child accidentally activated a subscription for $40, I applied for a refund, but I was denied!!! PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY

I was using Moneyfy Pro for about a year. Time for next prepay has come. In application there was an offer to prepay with 88% discount, for $4,99 a year. But for some reason the whole sum without discount was charged, $39,99. I would like to refund.

Problems with synchronization

Hi! I’m having some issues without synchronizing the app with another phone. How should I do this? I have a paid subscription and I can transfer the data to my new phone.
