Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Been charged a different amount then stated, and no one is bothering to respond at the support center.

No customer support and prices change arbitrarily

I purchased this app in 2021, enticed by the promise of a one-time payment for the "premium version." It served me well until I upgraded my phone and reinstalled the app, only to find out that my previous purchase no longer granted access. Now, I'm being asked to pay $30 annually to continue using it. Despite reaching out to the developers for clarification, I've received no response whatsoever. I'm seeking an explanation and a solution to this abrupt change in pricing.

Missing lot of usuful features

Although the app has a lot of potential, and UI looks great, the app is missing a lot of usuful features. Sub-categories are usuful to be able to see report by category and dig into each category seperatly. Most important feature that is missing is setting up budget per category to be able to track category budget and not just monthly total budget.

Great app for planning and being up to date with all of my expenses. Provides a good data display which is really helpful with my economic plan. Used the free version for 2 years and currently using the premium for another 3. 5 years of my life with you guys :)

Imho best app for home

Very friendly interface

Impossible to use

I bought a premium subscription to sync my expenses across devices and enabled Google drive sync. After reopening the app, the sync is no longer available and the app displays "try premium screen" and suggests I buy subscription again. This happens on two devices. I don't want to track money with the app that charges first and doesn't work.

Disappointed

Monefy worked great for me for years but since I recently changed from Galaxy to iPhone it does not work… Cannot add expenses or incomes (which is basically the only important feature…)

No support

1. There are four options for payment per year. No description at all 👎🏻 2. Is it correctly for both partners to pay for app twice (family account)? 🤷🏼‍♂️👎🏻 3. No answer from support. Impossible to use app with synchronization for now. 👎🏻 4. Very user friendly interface 👍🏻
