Ease of use

Syncing between computer, Vision Pro and phone doesn’t work. Planning expenses are cumbersome and I made a lot of mistakes with double withdrawals, and projected balance is limited. Also repeating NEEDS to include option for weekly interval like social security checks being third Wednesday of the month.

Very user unfriendly

The app is okay. Many of the features that you would think are basic/included are not. Since last year, EVERY SINGLE time you use the app they try to get you to sign up for the subscription which is off putting and annoying. The bug is not fixed - it still asks to subscribe EVERY TIME you use the app. The interface is all that has changed. I will be exporting my data and getting a new app.

There is a bug that has lasted for half a year.The date in the bill for the last seven days shows 2015. Please fix it. Thank you. In addition, please do not keep popping up the subscription pop-up window, which greatly affects the experience.

Dear app developer Widget on iOS 17 doesn’t work. It’s full of dots Widget on iOS 18 is too slow!!!

While saving a transaction using the MoneyCoach the program would crash. I sent an email to the developer. His response was that I need to make a video of the issue. I explained to him that my personal information was on this and I didn’t want to send a video. I asked him if we could work through this a different way. His response was no this is the only way he couldn’t figure out what kind of transaction it was. it seems to me that he could’ve asked me What kind of transaction it was. It is unfortunate that he is not flexible enough to solve problems with the needs of his customers as his priority. I have to rate this low as with no support and my program crashing it is useless to me.
