This lack of communication and the repeated delays are quite frustrating.

ياريت شوية احترام لوقت العميل في مواعيد ارسال الجمعية مبقاش اسمي واخد رقم شهر معين وفي الاخر استلم الجمعية اخر يوم في الشهر! طب ما كنت استنيت الشهر اللي بعده، عدم احترام في المواعيد وعدم الابلاغ عن موعد معين لارسال القبض وسايبنها مفتوحة في حين انكوا مشترطين مواعيد معينة للدفع واي تاخير بغرامة كبيرة ليه متطبقش نفسك المنطق علي نفسك؟؟ غير الاجراءات المتعثرة الكتيرة وكل شوية يبعتلك طيار بورق تمضي عليه لشروط معينة والرسوم الكبيرة علي الادوار الاولي وطرق الدفع كلها! دا الواحد رجع يتحسر علي الجمعيات العادية بدل ما تبقي اسهل مخلين الدنيا اصعب

اخترت الاسم التالت 
لحد هنا تمام 
طيب يلا بينا 
10 الف مصاريف ادارية 
يعني هتدفع ال 110 الف وتقبض 100 فقط 
كده خلاص لاء لسه 
دفعت الاول والثاني وشهر القبض المفروض اول يوم ف الشهر ينزل القبض 
لاء طبعا بتقبض من 15 حتي 30 ف الشهر 
وبالفعل القبض بينزل 30 اخر الشهر 
تقبض من هنا 
تاني يوم تدفع الاسم الرابع اللي هو 10 الاف 
وتكمل الباقي 
من الاخر الموضوع فيه تحوير كتيييير ومش هتلاقي النظام بتاعنا الطبيعي 
الميزه والوحيده حقك مضمون 
لكن في تاخير زيها زي اي جمعيه

كنت بتسخدم الابلكيشن في بداياته، خصوصاً ان كان في ادوار كتير مجانية. ولكن مع الوقت تحول لتطبيق قروض صريح او استثمار بفوائد، وليس جمعيات. أتمنى من القائمين عليه النظر في الرؤية الشرعية، وبدل من النسبه ان يكون هناك مصاريف لإدارة الخدمة لتحقيق الربح المطلوب من االبيزنس
