Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.

### *---- "Continued disappointment"
For an app I’ve used for 10 years, the deterioration, that iBearLLC is now charging really for vs the original one-time purchase app has been disappointing. 

This is an example, you can’t even reorder your accounts, because it either doesn’t respond or just asks you to delete or hide. Basic. 

And there’s no iPad app as there used to be. Continue to wait out the year until I get my full subscription worth, but this ‘upgrade’ has guaranteed a lost customer who will never recommend them again.

### *---- "Can’t transfer profiles"
I wish I didn’t have to rate an app that I’ve used for close on 8 years, but when I can’t use the app, I can’t give it a better rating..

I’ve tried this process at least 5 times now. Signing out, deleting and redownloading the app, but every time it comes to transferring my profiles from the old Money Pro app, the same thing happens: I leave the app open while the profile downloads / transfers (the circle next to the profile loads) and as it completes, the app crashes. When I open the app again, it restarts. I leave it. It completes. It crashes. Rinse and repeat…

Hopefully you guys can get this sorted so I can update my review. But at this point, I haven’t even been able to use the app yet…

### *---- "Moved from a once-off to a annual subscription with no new benefits"
I’ve used Money for nearly a decade and purchased the app once off at the start. 

I can understand eventually moving from a once-off to an annual subscription, the problem here is: 1) no accommodation was made for long term clients to transition and see if they actually like the new app, 2) more importantly, it doesn’t look like the new app, outside of UI, offers any meaningful benefit other than making the expenses for the month more prominent. 


Utterly disappointing. And apparently they have said they are willing to loose clients than change their model…
