But your team gave me “nothing we can do about it - get in touch with Apple” response. Hence why I left this review. I purchased a lifetime subscription thinking I’d found the perfect app to track my finances. From day one, I had issues syncing my bank account and had to go back and forth with support multiple times just to get basic functionality working. Now, they’ve stopped supporting my bank altogether, making the app completely useless — its main purpose was to sync bank feeds and organise spending. Without that, there’s nothing left. I reached out for a refund, but they just redirected me to Apple, which no longer offers refunds for this app. There’s no accountability. It’s clear the developers no longer care about maintaining the app or supporting paying users. Really disappointing experience for something I paid for forever. 💸 Avoid at all costs. There are much better alternatives out there that actually work.

Katka from the support team put so much effort into working with third parties to ensure all my accounts that I needed are set up & even extended my trial until it was all sorted. Really understand & love this app now. Cannot do budgeting without it.

Doesn't have NAB yet other Australian big banks. Pointless to use this if you don't have all the banks.

Can’t live without this app. Been using it for 4-5 years, experienced one time crashed and the team responded quickly and guided me patiently. Would recommend!!!

Helps keeping track of my expenses so easily

I have been getting the annoying emails almost everyday. The moment i try to unsubscribe, my firewall software marks this a dangerous website. I have uninstalled this app immediately.

Don’t buy it. I was really excited about this app and decided to purchase the lifetime premium version. Unfortunately, it feels like the developers have completely abandoned it—there haven’t been any updates or improvements in ages. The app does a poor job of categorising transactions, even after over a year of me manually adjusting and categorising every transaction. It just doesn’t seem to learn. Exporting transactions is another frustrating experience. Instead of a simple download, they email you the files, and it can take up to a whole day to receive them (I’m still waiting for my latest export). What’s even more concerning is that the last time the developers replied to any reviews was six years ago. It’s disappointing because this app has so much potential, and I really hoped they’d make improvements. As it stands, I can’t recommend paying for it.
