I enjoy using the platform and will continue to do so . Some suggestions from a regular user: the ui is greatly improved but could do with front page streamlining- so that it’s easier to see what’s important first your balances over tips/ goals (maybe even editable for users) Some features like savings pots for different things would be incredible and would push it far ahead. (Similar to goals but I think much more manageable for the average user) And some greater metrics for investing such as avg cost per share (for buyers) and some of the breakdown metrics not in a separate tab. But now you seem to have to go into several sections and if you are lucky, you find it. I loved this app and have used it for years. There are very straightforward options for setting up monthly payments into the LISA, but I later realised it’s possible to set up no regular contributions. You need to select a custom amount and then set that to zero by typing it in. I didn’t realise this because I didn’t want to make a regular contribution of £0 (which is nonsensical). I didn’t want to make a regular contribution. I ended up mistakenly paying money into my lifetime ISA before I realised, and I will either have to lose money on it or wait until I retire to collect it. This is very unethical and a bad business practice. -- Jenkins126, 2024-12-27 ### **--- "Misleading" The app home contains wrong information in the form of a large banner that tells you ‘Your ISA allowance has been reset’. It’s December, so no ISA allowance can be ‘reset’. This was confusing and led me to search the internet for changes in law I may not be aware of. Of course, they are wrong. I contacted them and they said it’s because I’ve not told the app that my allowance for the year has been reached. At no point whatsoever the app asked me if I’d done that, during the whole account opening process. They then told me they’ll be telling the app that my ISA has been reached which they haven’t. The message is still there and it’s clearly not linked to my account specifically, it’s a generic banner they show everyone in the app. And it’s not only pretty cheeky but blatantly misleading and wrong.
