Have you locked certain features like watch list etc which can be opened only with phone PIN or pattern? Since app has started asking this info all of sudden, it arouses a doubt as to whether this is asked by app or it is someone else asking sensitive info. You should have informed the users in advance about these kind of features when you added the same.

It was good app till few years ago when it had less ads. Now you will see charts not working, top gainer, looser section not working. Not even worth on app / play store. This app only for loading 5/15 lakh offer and fixed deposits adv. and other generic ads. Only one app on earth where with each update, existing features stop working.
