I can’t login . I contacted them via phone call but no results. I contacted them trough email but no response. I update it every single week but no results. I don’t what is going on with app at all

Where is the area that says receiving —transfer —- send and receive Simple Not a good look

Tried to send money to an inmate in jail. Difficult process. Time consuming process. Shouldn’t be that hard. First, to send money to an inmate, I don’t think it should be it should be listed under “Pay a Bill”. Sending money is sending money. I would think that would fall under the “send money”category under “Money Transfers”. So that was confusing. I also didn’t know what the acronym for “FBOP” meant right of the bat since it was listed under “Pay a Bill” so that was an issue too. After finally figuring out that you have to tap “send” then tap “Pay a Bill” to send money to an inmate, I seen that it would cost me $12.99 to send $10.00. Wow, lol. So yea, I just wanted it to be a quick process. I think if the developers maybe just included a icon to “send money to inmate” or place a drop down under the “send money” category or just making it an easier identifiable process to send money to inmates, I think that would be very helpful. After finally figuring out how to send the money to an inmate, it did appear to a easy process. But I didn’t send the funds using this app because the fees were too high. Another app charged less. So yea, overall appears to be a solid app and I’ll still keep it for if I need it. Just think a few things could be tweaked. The location feature was also not fully functional. So yea, potential to be a five star app, but for now three stars until issues are resolved.

I sent money to El Salvador and canceled the transaction a few minutes later and tried to send money after to a different person, and they closed my account disabling me from using it

Tried sending my friend money in an institution. I got every piece of info correct, the app keeps telling me “please enter a valid account number”. THERE IS NO OTHER ACCOUNT NUMBER!!!! hate all this technology getting it wrong. Now i cant send money to my friend because no matter how many things ive tried it just does not work. Shame.

After I click pay and then my profile disabled. I can't contact to the live agent or even support. This is scam app. Unbelievable!!!!!

My mom sent me $1400.00 a month ago and I went to the store to pick up it but they told me they didn’t have enough money the maximum was $500.00. Then I told my mom and she divided the $1400.00 by 3, so now she sent me $466.66 three times. Then I went again to pick up my money they told me that $466.66 were too much even money order did not work neither. I decided to go to different stores same problem, in total I went to 3 stores and NEVER GOT ANYTHING. I asked my mom to send directly to my bank account, I waited for three long days still nothing. So I contacted the customer service department they told me to ask the sender to call them. Then the poor sender contacted them they told him I could receive international money transfer. They did not provide any details or reasons. Up to now, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY YET.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The moment I tried sending money it locked my account, I proceeded to attempt and delete my account it they wouldn’t let me I had better luck with Western Union, and Remitly. I also started receiving random emails from weird accounts after creating the account with moneygram.

I sent 4K on July 3rd, on July 6th I receive an email informing my transaction was cancelled. No explanation, no respect for the customer. A waste of my time . I’m deleting the app now.
