It’s very poor quality application, nothing works properly, customer service doesn’t work too.

Playing with the amounts
Playing with the amount on checking give a higher amount but before sending it they will give you a less amount so its like cheating or stealing be careful out of 400 EUR they tried to show that they send all 400 EUR but before sending they told me they are gonna send 393 EUR
It’s now working perfect !
Bugs have been fixed and the app is working just great.

Never had any bad experience for more than 20 years of use of money gram .
UI is clean but functionality sucks
I tried to register but it says account already in use. When I go to recover password it says email address not found. On Interac transfer only shows one bank account. You don’t see other accounts.
Issue
It’s been more than two years that I can’t use the app due to a glitch that says “it’s not you, it’s us.!” When will it be addressed ??
