It does give you access to money each paycheck. However the fees to get the instacash are ridiculous. I lose $100+ each paycheck in fees paying it back plus whatever fluctuation happens in the amount available, usually equating to losing about $200 a month. The credit builder loan has also gotten bad. You used to get all the money in the loan. Now with every loan after you’ve paid several off mind you, they give you less up front every time. This is quite obviously an internal problem with MoneyLion and nothing to do with me. I have not done anything wrong. They refuse repeated requests of why they are asking me for this info. No other cash advance company has ever asked me for these things, told me my bank account was unlinked, or treated me in the manner that Money Lion is treating me. They are also discriminating against me due to being physically disabled. I keep telling them I am unable to lift my arms, therefore am unable to submit a selfie of me holding my photo id. They refuse to listen. I have filed formal complaints with multiple oversight agencies. Despite not receiving the merchandise, my dispute was denied by both Fashion Nova and Money Lion. This experience has made me significantly less comfortable and untrusting in using this company for future purchases online with this bank, particularly protection for upcoming holiday orders.
