I attempted to pay off my loan balance using my card, and although the payment was successfully deducted from my account, the loan remains outstanding. This is very disappointing and unsatisfactory.

Please people don’t ever apply any loan from this useless people. Even you liquidated they will continue deducting from your salary.

This is so poor first time of applying for a loan with all the details you have collected and the process you’re still offering 1500 loan and collect the money is another problem because you kept saying you can’t verify my bank account this is so annoying if you know you’re not offering loan and must happen to my bvn shared with you
