Please activate face ID for transfer initiation verification instead of passcode. This is 2024 ffs. I can open the app with face ID but I can't transfer money with face ID. C'mon.

Poor Customer service
I believe there should be live agent available to resolve minor problems and not having bot response and yet no solution. It’s sickening that since 14th June I have been trying to reach out to a customer service via email and the available means but no positive feedback.
