I’ve been using Moniepoint for the past few months now and everything has been pretty much smooth but I encountered a problem recently,whenever I tried to login it’ll always lead to error,pleas fix why?

I registered with a Moniepoint agent and I downloaded this app to try and login and make transactions, I haven’t been able to get past the username page, it keeps popping up a network error code.

I still have to beg for my money Is face recognition not enough for you guys now how do I register new phone when I don’t have my sim anymore … I will post you guys again on social media platforms because this is injustice… Now you guys should tell me how do I register new phone without the sim you fools keep sending OTP to??? Why I can’t login on my app since morning and I want to do transfer to someone

Worst bank I’ve ever seen, I layed a complain about unnecessary debit just like that I’m being debited on something I don’t know about, the least you guys could do is ignore. I’ve removed my money from your app sf. Nonsense bank, bank full of scammers.

Everything about Moniepoint is good but since yesterday my money has been on pending

I have been using money point going to a year now and you people can’t upgrade ur app to where someone can borrow money, that’s not nice at all
Fix it
This app is annoying it’s refusing to open nor matter how hard i try i even updated the app still it’s not opening been trying for hours i need my money it’s almost as if it’s denying me access to my money
Fraudsters
Moniepoint is not a good bank don’t bank with them if you like yourself and your assets Their system is very dormant and useless they can’t assist you with anything they will keep giving you stories upon stories
