What happens is that anytime I try sending money to a beneficiary, I’m being asked to input the details again and when I do, it tells me ‘beneficiary already exists’. The search bar is also not the best in searching for beneficiaries. This is a pain I wish would be resolved soon and I trust the team to fix it. However, it seems that the Monie World Technical team is having difficulty resetting my account, and I’m still facing this issue. I find it surprising that in a developed market with competitors offering excellent service, encountering such challenges is a reality. I’ve made several attempts to resolve this issue, but I've yet to receive a positive response. I want to bring attention to any potential technical issues that users may face now or in the future, as it's important to be aware that solutions may take time.
