## Monitor Your Weight Description
Award Winning Weight Tracker App developed as a tool mainly to help motivate a person following a diet and/or exercise program to reach their desired target weight within a predefined period.

As the name indicates, you will be able to enter your weight on a regular basis and monitor your progress accordingly through means of statistics and graphs. You may also enter and track multiple profiles as well - monitor the progress of your family members, spouse, friends, colleagues - or simply create more than 1 profile for yourself to set partial targets until you reach your ultimate goal.

This app will also suggest your ideal weight and recommend the amount of time needed to reach that target based on your current weight, height, body frame, gender and age. You may, of course, choose to alter the suggested targets based on your own plans.

La section ..aide.. est très claire. Et répond à toutes mes interrogations. Et nous donne des idées. On peut aussi bloquer l’accès si on veut pas que d'autres utilisateurs voient notre poids.

I chose this app because of its name: monitor your weight. That’s exactly what I want to be able to do from my Watch. However, it made me select a weight loss goal while setting up my profile. It would not let me leave this blank. I am not interested in losing weight (and there are many people who are like me too). I deleted the app immediately.

I really didn’t like the BMI function, according to my height (5’1”) my goal weight should be 107 lbs? I think this is promoting an unhealthy body imagine/body goals. No 33 year old woman should be 107 lbs as an AVERAGE (I understand some are naturally thin). If you’re on a healthy path you don’t need to see you’re “obese” when you’re really only 10 lbs chunkier, how is someone in a size 6 pant obese?

I love this app. I’ve been using it for well over 5 years. It’s a very good motivator.  The only thing I would like to see is adding an ability to write daily notes along with your results to better track my behaviors that may result in weight loss or gain.
