## MonkeyMote Music Remote Lite Description
MonkeyMote Music Remote Lite is a wireless Winamp / MediaMonkey / AIMP / JRiver Media Center remote control for your iPhone or iPod touch. 

It connects to your PC via your WiFi network and allows you to view information about currently playing tracks and control every important playback feature.

• Easy to setup and use 

All you need to do to get it working is to download and install the plug-in from 

MonkeyMote Music Remote Lite allows you to freely use some of the many features the ad-free full version of MonkeyMote has to offer.

It does not have a lot of fancy features, but that's fine for me. It simply let's me control volume and pause/play music from my PC with my phone. It's never crashed on me, there are no real complaints. I mean.. if it could open the media player on my PC remotely that would be amazing but I won't hold my breath. I really love this app, it's very simple and clean and most of all useful.

The controls work just fine when controlling Mediamonkey through the app's UI. But the problem is the UI is so buggy and hardly ever updates. It seems as if its only one way communication from the app to the PC and not the other way around.

I use it to control media monkey away from my desktop. It would not autodetect my desktop at first, But I added it Manually by putting in the IP address. Works great!

Enter the IP address of your computer (You should make your PC have a "Static IP" address before doing this") in the app. Assuming your router has proper UPnP support, you won't need to open any port in your router.
