Stay on track and on time with the Monograph for iPhone app. Track your time on the go, record meetings and notes, and capture receipts with a snap. Whether you’re logging hours, capturing ideas from the field, or documenting expenses, Monograph helps you stay organized and efficient.

ENSURE YOU ARE TRACKING PROJECTS, PHASES AND ACTIVITIES
With the Monograph app you can be sure that your all your time is accounted for properly by assigning it to the correct project (or overhead), phase and activity. You'll also be able to include notes so that your project manager and admin have all the information they need for seamless billing.

USE THE TIMER TO BE MOST ACCURATE
To ensure your tracking is most accurate, you can simply start and stop a timer for any time entry as you shift from one task to another. This can be used whether you are tracking your time on the go or even as you switch between projects at your desk. Having it available on your phone means you use the same method for tracking no matter the setting.

TRACK EXPENSES BY TAKING A PHOTO
Simply take a photo of your receipts and we'll fill in the info for you. You can of course create expenses manually, choose from your existing photo library and keep track of the status of all your submitted expenses.

CAPTURE NOTES YOUR WAY: VOICE, PHOTO, OR TEXT
Whether you're in a meeting, at a job site, or reviewing work solo, you can now capture notes however it's most convenient. Record audio, snap a photo of handwritten notes, or type them in manually—everything stays organized and linked to the right project. We'll transcribe and summarize your voice notes so your whole team stays in sync without the extra work.

APPROVE AND SHARE INVOICES ON THE GO
Don't wait until you're back at the office to check on invoice statuses, send reminders, or add comments for your team. Team members with the ability to view invoices can access all of them and use easy share options from wherever. Write comments and tag team members for notification to make sure that your invoicing process isn't delayed.

I get the “duplicate entry” error a lot when entering time on the timesheet, but how can I have a duplicate entry when my time for that day is showing 0:00? There is no other time entry. I’ve closed the app and restarted it to no avail.  I still get the error. Would love an update to fix this bug.

Monograph falls short in the day to day tasks, actual invoicing and real life management of a project. doesn’t integrate into anything except quickbooks and has the worst customer support team on the face of the earth.

These guys have created a product that is great for tracking time but not so great for invoicing.  They force you into their mold of what to display to clients without full customization.  We spent time implementing and now we’re having to spend extra time reverting to our old invoice forms because we have clients that want to see invoices a certain way and we cannot accommodate them due to Monograph’s lack of customization.
