모노마인드는 지금 할 일 하나에만 집중할 수 있게 합니다. 화면에 보이는 건 지금 할 일, 숫자 없는 시계 뿐이거든요.
다음 할 일이 무엇인지 고민할 필요 없어요. 지금 할 일을 끝내면 할 일 목록에서 다음 할 일 하나만 자동으로 불러옵니다.
- 시계를 탭하여 남은 시간 확인
- 시계를 길게 눌러 세션 종료
- 다음 할 일을 탭하여 현재 할 일을 종료하고 다음 할 일을 시작
- 쉬는 동안에도 무엇을 할 것인지를 적어 계획대로의 휴식을 유도
- 통계창에서 지금까지의 집중 / 휴식 기록을 확인
