## MONS Athletics Description
The coach that knows you and your day and does the thinking for you. It trains you for run, ride and swim challenges, and looks after your body with kettlebells and yoga.

Every morning, your coach plans today.
Tell it how you slept and what your day allows. It looks at your recovery, your recent training and your goal, then builds one day that fits. Short night, late meeting, pool shut: today fits. You don't have to think about the plan. You just show up and train.

Train your body as one unit.
Yoga for balance and range. Kettlebells for power and structure, at home with one or two bells. Running, riding and swimming for the engine. Often two of them in one day, sized to the time you have.

Take on endurance challenges.
Run to another town. Swim to an island. 90+ challenges, from a 5 km run to a full-distance triathlon. Pick one and your training aims at it. Choose where it starts and ends, and MONS plans the route. Got a marathon, half marathon or swimrun on the calendar? Add it, and your coach builds your training towards it.

Coached on your phone and on your wrist.
Every run, ride, swim, kettlebell session and yoga practice is guided step by step. Or head out and start a run, ride or swim straight from your Watch.
