## Monster Job Search Description
Need to find jobs? Ours is the best job search app around – making it super simple to land your perfect match and fall in love with your career.

Oh, hello there. You must be looking for a job. Well, you came to the right app. Monster’s job app is free and easy to use. We put millions (actual millions) of jobs right in the palm of your hand.

It’s so easy that over 30,000 Americans find jobs and apply on the Monster app every single week. That means that each month, we connect around 150,000 job seekers with employers looking to fill exciting opportunities.

Whether you’re searching for your first job, a side hustle, new challenge, or a place at the top of the ladder, we’ve got jobs for you. Monster is the original job search website, so we’ve spent lots of time – a quarter of a century in fact - hanging around the proverbial water cooler listening to what hard working people really want. Then we created our job app with that in mind.

Check out some of our favorite features (we think they’ll be your favorites too!):

Find the Right Fit Fast:
•	Filter part-time and work from home jobs to find the perfect fit for your lifestyle.
•	Find jobs by searching for a job title and specific industry, or simply choose from what’s popular right now.

Easy Apply Options:
•	Start fresh or upload an existing resume and kick off a new career today. Monster members enjoy a free digital resume review, helping you send tailored, top-notch applications at the tap of a finger.

Tailored for You:
•	Our app is tailored just for you. You’ll get personalized job recommendations, so you only see jobs you’re actually qualified for and interested in. No more time wasters!

Knowledge in the Palm of Your Hand:
•	Not sure which path you want to go down, or if your skills are being valued at market rate? Show off your skills, take a career quiz, compare salary estimates, and more all in one place.
•	Discover thousands of career advice articles on the go to help you master anything from writing the perfect cover letter to how to ask for a raise.

We don’t want you to land just any job. We want you to be excited to wake up on a Monday and feel energized enough to sail through hump day, landing on Friday with a sense of accomplishment. If weekends or shift work are your gig, we’ve got you covered there too. You see, we don’t just help candidates find jobs, we help everyone find the right fit – whatever your lifestyle, preferences, and needs.

You can trust our word on this because Monster is a global leader in connecting job seekers like you with career opportunities where you feel happy, productive, and secure! We have 25 years under our belt of transforming the recruiting industry. This means that you have the best chance of finding exactly what you’re looking for when you search for jobs right here on Monster.

And since you can carry our handy app around in your pocket wherever you go, you can browse and apply to better jobs on your morning commute, after that annoying meeting, or alongside your 3pm coffee. Plus, you never have to worry about missing a new opportunity thanks to our custom alerts, and you can check in on the status of multiple applications whenever it suits.

## Monster Job Search Reviews in United States

### **--- "Unrelated"
I get employment leads completely unrelated to my education and experience. For example, my entire career is in sales and I am always getting suggestions for medical related experience. RN, X-Ray Tech, etc
-- Silverphoxx, 2025-01-02

### ***** "Review"
Good job recommendations
-- Sink shady, 2024-12-19

### *---- "The only job available is spammed across my feed"
From the start to the bottom of my list is “Online Math Tutor - Remote” approximately posted over 60 times for different towns and cities. I have no experience or interest in education or tutoring.
-- what usernames arent taken, 2024-12-18

### ***** "Monster Job Search"
I Love It Thank You Monster Job Search.
-- Michael Eugene Renton, 2024-12-14

### *---- "Nonstop calls from Indian Scams"
I checked my the box that employers could contact me. I need a job. But I’ve gotten about 10 calls a day from extremely sketchy Indian recruiting companies. They will not stop calling me now. Half the calls say “scam likely” They all said they got my info from Monster. I unchecked the box where employers can contact me but still get these calls. I’ve gotten at least 10 calls today!
-- GeorgeBaltii, 2024-12-10

### **--- "Look at recent reviews!"
Do not trust the overall review score, filter to most recent. I had to remove my contact info and resume. I received about 25 calls from different people and numbers, obviously from India, for a job that has nothing to do with what I’m looking for, in one day. The auto generated emails (job alert) Monster sends do not pertain to the field or industry I’m in. Complete waste of time and energy. Monster was relevant about 10 years ago. No longer useful.
-- Harryc88, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Racist"
Hey let’s send you a DEI survey and hate whitey at the same time yea. You go make it illegal to be white
-- Jim2we, 2024-12-03

### *---- "So much spam!"
I’m currently a student looking for internships and I have my resume, job experience, and graduation date on my profile yet recruiters constantly spam me with phone calls early in the morning about jobs that have nothing to do with my career field. It’s just a garbage app
-- 3578776555, 2024-12-02

### ***** "Five star"
Awesome
-- MissSouthsideeeGlo, 2024-11-24

### *---- "Stay Away if you don’t want SPAM! Not the Ham"
I signed up in hopes of being exposed to different job opportunities.

Instead….. I got exposed to SPAM.

Either Monster does business like their name describes… and sells my info! OR these spammers based in India break codes for a living…. I only say that because their name was Pashti.

They kept insisting on clicking the link to apply for the job and kept reassuring me they don’t have access to my personal info….when I can just go on the government website and apply directly thru there. Obviously, I didn’t. They should get better at their craft.. which is wack! Who sends a link from a “government” website and tell me to apply?? when I can just go directly!

Be careful with your info! Don’t sign up for monster jobs! I have Indeed, Glassdoor and LinkedIn! None of the above have exposed me like that. It was pure harassment.
