## Monster Light Reviews in United States

### *---- "Bogus app"
Bought 3 led rgbic strips for Black Friday and boy do I regret it! Horrible app!!! Won’t do anything! Nothing works! Called Monster and they told me to return it!!! Wow! What a scam!
-- kenB94, 2025-12-16

### *---- "Doesn’t work whatsoever"
There is literally no where on the app to pair devices!!!
-- Big Biffy, 2023-08-21

### *---- "Do better"

-- jfvregsi, 2023-01-31

### *---- "Does not work"
Tried connecting using Bluetooth multiple time but to no avail
-- sm3rkf, 2022-03-07

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
This app doesn’t work! The music doesn’t work, the Bluetooth doesn’t work, the coloring doesn’t work, none of it works! It doesn’t even show in the app what it shows in the light instructions
-- never ever telling, 2022-03-06

### ****- "Monster Basics Light Control App."
Had to call Monster Customer Service to get the help I needed; could not find this app in the iOS App Store, SEARCH FOR “MONSTER LIGHTS”, the Icon will read “Monster Basics”!
On the instructions and on the box it is called
“Monster Basics Light Control App”, DO NOT SEARCH USING THIS TERM! Use the term I mentioned above this.
Once I found it and downloaded it, seems to work very well. Also had a heck of a time getting the suppled remote to work properly. I pulled out the plastic divider keeping the battery fresh, don’t forget to remove the plastic from on top of the remote that is over the buttons. Once I did that it seems to work just fine.

### ***** "Works no problem."
I’ve tried it with 2 Monster ambient Bluetooth LED bars and it works perfectly. You connect via the BT devices shown in the APP...not something in your phone pairing BT list. Response to color selection via app is quick and effective. The music response “light show” is a bit hokey, but it does work.
-- Rybell123, 2021-02-20

### *---- "I hate this all"
I hate this it doesn’t pop up for Bluetooth it’s dumb so don’t download it, it’s a waste of 20mins if my life
-- babee_alexiss, 2020-07-02

### *---- "Not Real App"
This is not the real app download Monster Smart
-- Snailehxkagf, 2020-05-15

### ***-- "It's ok."
I'll give 3 star for props, but the music options don't work which annoys me. Sides that, everything works great.
