The game overall is alright, though it is definitely by far from a roleplaying game. As for the title, I have been told of a certain clan that is extremely abusive towards newer players when they join their clan. Didn’t think much of it till I saw one of them tell a random user to kill themselves. Not to mention when I politely asked to be removed from clan cause I didn’t fit what their clan wanted they showed signs that they were talking poorly about me through the clan chat without making it too obvious. Would love to see a report button for clans or have at least leader and co leaders from Frozen removed permanently. Also your customer support button only shows me a white screen.

A turn based gacha game with predictable monsters and events. The in-game purchase prices are sky high and you have to pay for more storage… in a collection game…. It’s ludicrous but I pay for it and keep playing :(

This game is super fun, but there’s a huge coding issue in the beginner’s gift event for new players. It promises you a dark and light 5 star egg that you NEVER receive even after clearing the beginning area in max difficulty. This is because that event closes as soon as you do, so you can never claim the egg. Thank you for lying to new players who are already years behind everyone else :D

Great game, I love it, but you need to do something about the reviews. Some people post some really inappropriate stuff on there. Also, the story mode is really easy because you can get over leveled easily, so it gets kind of boring. Outside of that, it is an amazing game.

So my game froze on two separate occasions while I was in the middle of winning both battles. I am using an iPhone 15 so I know it’s not the device. The only feature that was working was chat, it’s very frustrating when you’re trying to take the game app seriously & when you’re a paying customer.

But when I bought the hannya primo astronom summon ticket and went to use it, it froze my screen so I exited out the app. When I opened it again I did not receive any astromons but the ticket was already used. I tried exiting again but I still don’t see that I received astromons!

It’s been awhile since I played last and attempted to log in using the same app I have the account saved on. No matter how many times I try to log in, it keeps taking me back to the login screen instead getting back to the game as usual. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall the game— same issue. I have years worth of progress that I’d really hate to lose— and I’m scared I’ll never be able to access it again all because the game makes you sign in when you haven’t touched it in like a month.

When I started the game, I had made an account with Facebook and I am now unable to sign into my account with my Facebook. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing has worked so I suggest not logging in with a Facebook if it lets you because most likely it will lock you out and take all of your hard work Aside from that issue. It’s a very good game if this can be solved, please reach out.
