Var svært at vide hvilken stander der var “højre” eller “Venstre” på Marina hotel Grenå, men ellers virkede ladning og betjeningen fint

Ville være rart om opkoblingen med Clever virkede
Forbinde med Tesla?
Hvorfor skulle jeg lade app forbinde med min Tesla og lade data (hvilke data?) flyde igennem en tredjepart? Det er uklart for mig.
Ikke stabil
Synes ikke den er stabil nok. Kan ikke helt stole på man kan lade. Som regel er det problemet den ikke registrerer kablet.
Ladefejl
Ladning afbrudt ved 50 kw kl 03.30 ca ved kun 61 % på bilen batteri.
Opdatering af planlægning smadret
Der er blevet lavet en ændring af opladningsplanlægning, så nu kan man kune indsætte tidsrum af opladning og ikke at den skal starte på et tidspunkt, og lade en bestemt mængde. Samtidig reserverer den altid et højt beløb, og antager at bilens fulde kapacitet skal oplades. Ikke godt, og har gjort det hele sværere at anvende.
Appen virker ikke
Monta appen virker ikke og supporten kommer kun men generelle råd, som enhver husmor kan følge. Men mit problem er der stadigvæk.
Efterlader meget at ønske
Førstehåndsindtrykket er virkelig godt og app’en umiddelbart godt sat op. Men! Og det er et stort men! Funktionaliteten er helt ude i skoven. Hverken i app’en eller på Monta Charge’s webhub er det muligt at tilføje medlemmer til sit lade team. Uanset hvad jeg gør, så laver den fejl i invitere. Vi har også prøvet at benytte team id og kopiere det over på en anden enhed for St få adgang. Det virker heller ikke. Gør man det så igen, så viser app’en en fejlmeddelelse om, at brugeren allerede er tilføjet. Det er en kraftig ommer!!
Ikke en intuitiv betjening
Det er ikke intuitivt, at man først skal betale i mobilepay inden opladningen går igang.
