This is absolutely amazing! Thanks so much!
The workflow doesn’t get in the way of my feelings. It is easy to quickly pick a rating, jot a couple words from the wheel of emotions, occasionally describe why, and close it down. When my emotions permit me to be reflective, it is a simple view of the day week month etc, I can see my trending without getting overwhelmed re-living the “why” behind the rating. It suits my particular brain and situation going through significant structured med changes, without adding the overhead of managing the app, my emotions at the time, and provides more detail to dig into when my brain is in the mode to be interested. Thanks to the team that took the time to understand the conditions and challenges, and refined refined refined, until “less became more”. (I.e. less is more… work in progress for me as you can see by this review :) )
I have been looking for a simple mood journal where i can just write out my day, and feelings and choose my emotion. It’s perfect for me because I’m forgetful, and write my emotions as they come and go so they can later be discussed with my therapist. The only thing I would add, is an option to add extra emotions.
Good for someone who wants the simplest version of tracking their overall mood over time. I needed to track my mood through each day so needed to be able to make multiple entries, not just one. Very easy and quick to use.
There was a temporary glitch with the latest update. Fortunately it was all resolved very quickly. App working perfectly again.
I love this app!! I'm able to rate my moods, write comments AND see the moods charted onto a line graph. Very helpful!
As someone with bipolar disorder I needed to record my moods and emotions but I couldn’t find an app that didn’t want an expensive subscription . I’m very thankful for this app, full functionality without a subscription and a subscription option if you want one.
This app allows you to rate your mood with five options and then journal. That’s it! So as far as mental illness and CBT, this is not what you want. It’s just a simple mood journal that tracks trends over time. Easy to use, no logins, however, the ads are annoying so if you plan to use it I would pay to get rid of the ads. As for myself, I like the weight tracker, however it also allows you to journal, and will tell you it’s a food journal, but it’s a blank page. You can import through apple health and export to apple health. You can export both, which is nice. But for this app, I’m not a big fan of smiley faces, I never know what they mean. Plus you just have a horizontal axis. I like not having to pick words, but please don’t advertise it for what it’s not. Also - it’d be nice to sync somehow with apple health with mindful minutes or something, since you are being mindful. I accidentally paid to relive the ads from this app, so I’m going to try to use it as my journal, however, I do think $9.99 is a high price considering all it is. Melissa
i like how i dont need to pay for everything, on my other mood apps i have to pay to see what triggers me i like when it tells you what words affect you the most. it has a passcode or a lock on it if you only want yourself reading what u type. it really helped ke correct myself. i’ve been doing this almost everyday and i see the charts and i can see when and where i improve or downgrade. i really enjoy this app and i like the sound effects it makes when your clicking your moods. but i do have one thing to say i wish it had more moods than “-1, -2” type stuff i would want it to include more
