## HOW DOES MOODFLOW WORK? ##
You do not even need to write anything down to get a meaningful insight or to keep a diary.

This is how easy Moodflow works:
Fill out a quick survey every day and gain insight into the WHAT and HOW it influences you over time.

◆ 1. Pick a rating for the day from 1 to 5.

◆ 2. Pick the emotions you experienced.

◆ 3. (optional) Write a note about everything relevant from the day.

◆ 4. (optional) Pick the activities you were involved in.

As time goes by, these short entries will gather insightful data about yourself that you will be able to analyze in many ways. As others have mentioned, my data for the whole year was wiped a few weeks ago, and I've gotten no response from my bug reports. This app is awesome but that is so upsetting :(

I LOVED this app SO much and used it for several years on a daily basis. I love the customizable options and the analytics that can be looked at. 

BUT after an update in October 2025 I lost an entire year of data. I put in several bugs and emails and still haven’t heard back almost a month later. I’m devastated to lose all my health and mood tracking, but it doesn’t seem like this app has continual support so proceed with that in mind!

Have used since 2022 with no issue. Last update erased all my 2025 entries, messed up their UI completely by reversing color schemes, and notifications now only work some days. No response from support email. I have no idea how you can possibly push such a broken update to the public. Was there no bug testing done at all? Do not recommend this app until these issues are fixed

Update: A new update just came out. No issues have been fixed and now the app crashes whenever you put a sleep tiredness level. great stuff

### ***-- "Great app, but buggy after update"
Very nice mood tracker with a ton of customizable features! I have used it for a year and a half now and it has always been wonderful… until the new update.

After the app updated to the new version last week, I tried to create a new entry, and suddenly all of my entries from the current year disappeared. That’s 10 months of entries gone. I closed and reopened the app, hoping it was a display bug, but it wasn’t. It must’ve automatically backed up the new version with the lost entries, so now I can’t just restore the backup from a few days ago and have everything go back to normal. I could only restore my older backup file from three months ago. Then tried to create the same entry again, but the same thing happened — all the entries in the year disappeared. Now I have lost three months of data, and I cannot create new entries without the app erasing substantial parts of my data, rendering the app useless. Please fix this bug as soon as possible 🙏

Absolutely loved this app til my 2025 data disappeared. Reached out twice to the app creators and literally no response. In years past, I emailed to request a specific feature and they responded almost immediately. Disappointed is an understatement.

I’ve been dealing with a bug since the last update where adding a new entry deletes all the entries I have recorded for this year. This is frustrating and basically makes the app unusable. I submitted a bug report via email but I haven’t heard anything about it.

i’ve been using moodflow for years and generally REALLY love it. however, the most recent update destroyed every single entry from 2025. i’m a religious daily user, so that was hundreds of days of entries. i can’t recommend an app that managed to destroy its entire functionality- the update has been out for multiple days and i don’t feel super confident in a development team that didn’t catch this asap.
