## Mooer Prime Reviews in United States

### *---- "Garbage"
The app states to use the updated version. Doesn’t work
-- Never concur, 2025-09-24

### *---- "App doesn’t work anymore after update."
Latest update crashed the app on iOS. Asks for update but there is none. Prior to that I couldn’t modify any settings in the app. May just return the pedal since I can’t use the app. Bummer.
-- Toadstepper, 2025-09-11

### ****- "App"
This is my first multi-effects pedal, and after seeing many positive reviews online, I decided to give it a try. The ability to combine cabinets, amps, delays, and other effects so easily is truly impressive—especially for a price that isn’t too high.

As a beginner, I found it very intuitive and fun to use right from the start. I’ve really enjoyed exploring its features and customizing my sounds.

However, after the most recent update, I can no longer pair the app with my Mooer Prime M2 😔. While it’s a relief to know that my presets are still saved on the device, I’m someone who really enjoyed tweaking them through the app, since it made everything more visual and user-friendly.

I truly hope this issue gets fixed soon. I’m very grateful for all the work that’s gone into this device—it’s a very complete and impressive tool. I just hope the user experience keeps getting better with future updates.
-- Keduuu_, 2025-09-09

### *---- "App update has made. The app nonfunctional"
It no longer works on any of my devices
-- #Red#Flannel#, 2025-09-09

### *---- "Asking for update"
App is asking for update but there in none. The app is useless right now very hard to find the app and support on how to fix this
-- ED12212, 2025-06-28

### *---- "Broken"
Latest update (from yesterday) no longer allows me to connect with my P2.
-- RobertoMendes, 2024-12-31

### ***** "Zero issues. Shockingly good for the money"
It’s not here to really compete with the Helix or Quad. It’s a very affordable, convenient alternative to packing a big board to the hotel or couch. I’ve had hours of fun.
-- Eldubya996, 2024-06-30

### *---- "Crashes on iPad"
Can’t use at all. Crashes immediately.
-- SenseiNWDA, 2024-06-28

### *---- "Paperweight"
I think I just bought a paperweight you can’t get a proper app download for ISO for this pedal or at least I can’t find it anywhere if anyone has an idea I’d appreciate a holler back
-- Cowboys lupus, 2024-04-04

### *---- "Can even go into ur settings"
Pls fix ur bugs it lags so hard after awhile
And doesn’t work
-- the cool raps, 2023-04-07
