Inconsistent/ dishonest
I ordered through the app on August 6th and it said I would have my purchase by the 8th. That was not the case. When I reached out to the owner she said this was a glitch and I’d be notified for shipment. Then another employee reached out through a different email and it went to spam. Owner said they tried to reach me several ways “calls/ emails”. No one ever called. After several weeks I contacted her again and asked for a refund. Oh, this isn’t normally how they operate. They’ll be happy to give me half my purchase price. I had also included a tip for what I imagined would be good service at the time of purchase. Joke’s on me.
