生理の周期が把握しやすいので 体調管理しやすいです
デザインはシンプルでみやすい。
世界中で10万人が使っているとのこと！すごい。 タブが、ホーム・カレンダー・オススメ、と3つに分かれており、チェックしたいホームやカレンダーがシンプルなデザインで目にうるさくなくてわかりやすく、とてもよいです。 プレミアム会員登録で、よりパーソナライズされた情報が見えるそうなのですが、一旦登録なしで使用中です。登録なしでも、コラムなどで知らなかった情報を収集できているので、もう少し使ってみてから登録を検討しようかなと思います。 生理周期の管理だけでなく、妊活や、おりもの状態チェックなどの健康管理などと多方面に使えるのもいい。
排卵日や生理周期がわかりやすい
カレンダーに先月の生理の日など入力すると 自動で排卵日や次の生理などもカレンダーに記されるので、わかりやすくて使いやすいです。 妊活、不妊、メンタルケアもできます。 女性の悩みや相談をヘルスアドバイザー使って チャットで悩み、雑談できるのもいい！ 夜寝る前など不安や心配ごとを解決できます。
