Bait and switch
To start off, the subscription levels are purposefully skewed to make you purchase at least a year. In Canada the options are: - $7 for one week - $25 for a year - $50 forever $7 should be the monthly charge not weekly, but they really want to trick you into being a long term subscriber. I felt what they offered was a good enough value to spend the one time $25 purchase. Everything since then has been very disappointing. Before you pay, they don’t disclose they use Vedic astrology - which isn’t inherently bad but for the western world is really not what is commonly used. So I’ll use my own chart as an example to show the differences. - in western astrology I am a Leo Sun, I’ve always related a lot to that. According to Vedic I am a Cancer Sun. These two signs could not be more different. - again in Western, I am a Libra Rising, Vedic I’m Virgo rising. I am not in a position to say one is more correct than the other, but it’s like if you were told you were red your whole life and now being told you’re green. My chart is made up of polar opposites. It’s hard to relate to so I wanted to see the full analysis of my chart with nodes and houses - NOPE, for that I need to pay another $20 to unlock? Very frustrating and not visibly disclosed before. However the part that is upsetting me the most is all of the AI art. So it I guess creates AI art for you when it reads your chart and says this is “you” and makes that your icon. Mine is a very pale skinned white woman with glasses. In real life I am a WOC with perfect vision. It seems like a small thing but every time I click I am faced with this profile image or someone who is nothing like me. There’s no option to change it, which is fine - I didn’t get this app to make AI art, but at least let me remove the picture or choose a non human avatar or something. It’s very frustrating as a non-white person. So all-in-all I wasted $25 on something I probably won’t use after today, which isn’t bad, but feeling like I was purposefully deceived left a bad taste in my mouth.

I used the app for years and loved it, paying for the yearly subscription. They recently changed everything and i no longer had access to anything unless I wanted to pay monthly for it instead. Also paid for the birth chart, and never got one.

Got my Birth Chart Wrong
There was a sale for the birth chart and it got my sun, moon, and ascendant wrong. I read through the descriptions thinking it was a different form of chart reading (Vedic versus Eastern) but nothing connected either. Otherwise the app is also kinda expensive for what it is. There are tons of free options on the internet to get this information without the hassle.

Excellent app. Accurate and reliable. But I had to erase my phone and lost my app purchases. Wish they could make account recovery. Besides that I have zero complaints
