MoonPay: Kaufe Krypto & BTC

Wanted to buy 25$ worth of bitcoin, needed to pay 30$ as a minimum, ended up with about 23$ worth of bitcoin.

Since one week I cannot enter the MoonPay App any more. It says „Something went wrong“ without further explanations. Every time I try, the same story. I can only access the MoonPay platform via Browser. This is annoying. But still more annoying is the fact, that the Bitcoins I have purchased are apparently in a „1J….“ wallet…and there I cannot send them, nor swap them nor sell them….!? Where are they?? Are they lost?? ….bad App….!

Gute, stabile App mit einfachem Interface. Funktioniert gut, die Kosten sind transparent. Kann ich empfehlen

Diese App wird benutzt für falsche Geschäfte. Geben sie auf keinen fall ihre Kreditkarte daten an oder investieren sie Geld mit dieser App.

Please do not ever use it because it is a SCAM. I did not know it was a scam bur i transferred some funds to a address and they never received it. And there is no transaction history so you cannot check to verify your payment. Also there is Customer Support to help you. I used and lost some funds but please no one should use it. Completely SCAAAM

Can’t do anything but buy. Pretty much impossible to sell and cash out to go somewhere else. Can’t even log into my account in my browser. Constantly asking for my username and password over and over. I just want out!!!

If you want to save yourself from trouble and frustration, Avoid them. They only care about the company, not the customer.

I’m stuck with my Solana token at MoonPay wallet. Trying send to external wallet and every time getting frozen application to send my token. Even is not possible to sell. Developers should be ashamed. No support , no contact no support chat except automatic text . Stay away from Moon Pay

I successfully deposited in to Moonpay only to see my money vanish without a trace! Do not get involved with these apps!

Please MoonPay allow me send out my btc out from my MoonPay account please you people won’t let me I call the support team and they all kept saying someone was going to call me and till now no one did
