Moonpig App have let many long term members Down!
I have used Moonpig for many years now, every card sent the person who it was sent to responds how Special it really was!
Last weekend your tech team did an Update! When I come to install it on my Apple iPad, it came back, it’s Not Available for your model?
I’ve tried to speak to Moonpig Management, Your Technical Team, promises they will get back to you, come to Nothing! & to add more salt in with me, you take my Renewal Payment for the Premium Service I’ve used since day one of starting.
I’m in my 70’s, buying a New Apple iPad is impossible! I do not have a computer.
This week I had to go out specifically to my supermarket for a birthday card for one of my God Children, when I’ve always used Moonpig for card & a Gift!
Why will you Not Respond or Help, I’m sure I’m not the only long term customer affected!

I’ve used moonpig for years but the latest update needs an iOS I can’t get for my phone so goodbye moonpig

Third Party cash back
This app was fine until once you finish an order it says cash back. However if you don’t see the small print then you’ll sign up for a third party website that will charge you monthly.
I only knew about this as someone else I know got caught with this and had monthly charges.
This should not be allowed, probably won’t use again as don’t want to get caught out which is a shame.
No longer able to use App
As of the recent upgrade my iPhone - not IOS 16 capable - can’t open the App but gets redirected to “upgrade now” which it of course cannot do. Go to app results in “upgrade now” again!
More new designs PLEASE!
I’ve used Moonpig for several years (very efficient)-but am increasingly disappointed that I keep seeing the same cards again and again. Please can new designs be put up and some more interesting original artwork used? Support the artistic talent out there! Thank you.
Really clunky order flow
Why can’t I select all items in my basket in the app, and say ‘send to me’, instead of clicking through each one separately, and getting the awful ‘remind me’ pop-up coming up each time?
Why does postage cost so much, even for Moonpig+ members?
App not working
I had an email reminding me of a birthday coming up, went into the app, it said update but in the App Store there was no update. Cannot get onto the app at all.
