Is Moorepay free?
Yes, Moorepay is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Moorepay legit?
⚠️ The Moorepay app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Have to reset password every time I use the app. This then starts a whole process of having to access a different email address to then create a new password(one I have never used before) which ultimately will result in me going through the whole process again when I next want to see my pay…
The online version is no better. One mistake on the password and your account locks and you begin the dreaded loop AGAIN!
No Good
Great idea, just a shame it doesn’t work, doesn’t display payslips easily, since my employer made us switch everyone wants paper payslips, we used to have email, would rather have paper than use this app. 1 star is too good
Sad
Am sad since I used to quickly access Moorepay via a web browser on my laptop or desktop. Now the app is the only way to access it. Furthermore the app is very buggy, it hung when trying to download my latest payslip. This is the future: staring into my phone every evening clicking away the time, trying to accomplish simple things that used to be completed with a few bits of paper in the post.

Way too many bugs, have to update the app every time you log in. Easier on the website. I don’t know why so many companies use Moorepay
Constantly not working
The app saying system status: warning…. Then when ask to recover account.. a email is sent I change password start the whole process over… then authenticate…start that process asked again to change password I’m so frustrated with this you can’t even check if you paid correctly just poor
I’m sure everyone just wants their payslips
This app takes too long to access payslips so much authentication etc, I would rather have it sent than use this app, it’s unnecessary. It requires too many updates too.

Horrendous!! Initially, but now edited (12/07/2024)
My employer changed their payroll system to this, apparently it would be easier to access. It is not. It says I am logged in, however, attempting to view any of my information results in the app hanging / crashing or just timing out. The app crashes constantly. Eventually displaying an error message. Don’t bother trying the “talk with support” option as this also doesn’t work. I doesn’t or won’t display any information, an inordinate amount of time passes whilst it “thinks” about showing any information; it doesn’t. Deleting the app and reinstalling does not solve these issues. Accessing the website is another terrible experience akin to the above comments. This app / service fails at it’s fundamental underlying basic purpose. Terrible, dreadful, awful, disappointing and disastrous user experience. Moorepay, make it work! Ignore the one star it’s a zero star application.

My employer has managed to correct the issues I and many others were experiencing.
The transition to Moorepay was rife with issues, payroll had to manually correct wage payments.
After a lengthy support process the system was reset and instructions were issued for all employees to resubmit their log in details.
This was successful and I am now able to access my details, within the Moorepay App.
According to my business payroll department, the App that was originally referenced was an older version which caused confusion and prevented access.
I am updating my user review to four stars to reflect this favourable outcome.
The App is working, I can access my details and it performs it’s basic function adequately.
I’ve left one star off as the initial adoption of the system left a poor user experience which can never be removed.
