It will show the message with a black screen ‘Failed to load, please reload’. Please fix this if it is a software bug. My smart doorbell that is also placed outside of my unit is working fine, so it is not my wifi issue. The main problems I am experiencing include: 1. Extremely Slow Loading – When I open the app and select my door or gate, it takes around 10 minutes to load. 2. Unresponsive Doorbell Call – When a visitor rings the doorbell, I am unable to see the video feed or communicate with them through the app. 3. Delayed Notifications – The app sends door closure notifications 30 minutes late, making real-time monitoring impossible. These issues defeat the purpose of having a smart door system, and I am extremely frustrated with the app’s performance. I have already tried troubleshooting steps such as checking my internet connection, updating the app, and adjusting notification settings, but the problems persist. Please advise on how these issues can be resolved as soon as possible. If there is a firmware update or specific fix available, kindly provide instructions. Otherwise, I would like to know what steps Moorgen is taking to address these concerns.
