Description

MoreGoodDays® is a science-based digital program for people who live with chronic pain, including back pain, fibromyalgia, and other forms of musculoskeletal pain. Created by people who live with pain and fatigue, and specialist clinicians who understand, it aims to reduce pain, enhance emotional and mental wellbeing, and help you regain your independence.
How does it work?
Many of the approaches to manage your pain that you might have tried focus on masking pain rather than addressing its root cause. MoreGoodDays® is different. We take a whole-person approach, targeting the underlying factors that contribute to your persistent pain.
By retraining your brain's response to pain and promoting a calmer, less reactive state, our program helps you break the cycle of chronic pain. By addressing the physical, emotional, and lifestyle aspects of your condition, MoreGoodDays® empowers you to live your best life, the way you want to live it.
The app is very easy to use – just plug in your earphones and listen to immersive audio experiences, translated from clinically-proven approaches, to bring a sense of calm and empowerment to your pain-management journey.
What you get:
The app is free to download with access to some content. Full access to all features is available with a MoreGoodDays® membership which includes:

MoreGoodDays for Chronic Pain Reviews

Nice app, feels soothing

I really like the MoreGoodDays app for fibromyalgia. It's great self-help for chronic pain, but you can also chat with a coach as you go along to help you so you don't have to do it all by yourself, which is nice. I like that there are videos and audio tracks so that when I don't have much energy I can just lie down and listen with my eyes closed, and then come back to it later if i want. The colours are nice and soothing too, and I like the narrator's voice. It all feels nice and calm when I'm having a bad pain day or am really fatigued. I really like the different exercises and meditations that you can use when you're flaring and having a coach who knows what it's like and is there to help you is very reassuring. The app and my coach have helped me through a few flares and I'm starting to understand what things spark a flare-up for me so I'm relaly hopeful that I can start to manage those better and have fewer flares as a result.

I've used quite a few chronic pain and fibromyalgia apps and read ALL of the fibromyalgia research that I can find and I can honestly say that the More Good Days fibro app is such a great program. Even though I've read so much information since I was diagnosed with fibro 8 years ago, I am still finding it good to have this wealth of knowledge all in the one place and I chose to see one of the pain psychologists who is AMAZING! If you've been diagnosed for a long time you might already know some of the info in the app so it won't necessarily be groundbreaking all the time, but the way you are encouraged to put things into practice and think about different ways to do things (there are quizzes and exercises to get you thinking about your own triggers and what you want to do about it all - it's helped reduce my fatigue more than I expected) is very helpful so I definitely still recommend this app to people who live with fibro, even if you think you might know it all already.

Really helpful, interesting and easy to use

I've been in pain for several years and after a bunch of different scans and tests that didn't do anything I was looking for some sort of self-help for chronic pain or fibro app. When I found moregooddays I wasn't overly confident but I thought I'd give it a go and I've been really pleasantly surprised! The fibro foundations program explains pain in a way I hadn't really come across before and I found it so helpful to have all this info in one place and written in a way that actually makes sense and is interesting. A month of using the app has been way better than years of doctor appointments and I'm looking forward to continuing to learn ways to reduce my pain, that don't include taking more medication.

Simple fibro pain-management

Since discovering this fibromyalgia app I’ve recommended it to a few of my friends for pain-management (and the stress and worry of living with pain!) - not just fibro but also endometriosis and chronic back pain. It’s easy to use. Lots of clear info all in one place that explains why chronic pain happens and different ideas for how to reduce pain, fatigue brain fog and other symptoms. I like the way it looks too, the colours are calming.

Finally understand my fibro

After over a decade living with fibromyalgia and being dismissed by doctors again and again the information in this app has finally made it all make sense for me! I’m only at the beginning but I’m looking forward to going through the rest of the program.
