## morePro Reviews in United States

### *---- "Something happened to the main page"
I’ve had 4 model V19s and they all had the full info for each action (steps, sleep, heart rate, etc) on the main page. That all changed one day! Now there’s just a band for each action and it has stopped showing the options for EKG & blood oxygen. Blood oxygen monitoring was one of the reasons I use this monitor. WHAT HAPPENED? And can the full function be restored?
-- Notxxxxxxxxxxxt, 2024-10-26

### ****- "Watch Band"
How can I get a new Watchband?
-- Negley05, 2024-10-14

### **--- "V19"
Won’t stay paired. And now just spins trying to sync
-- judgeseve68, 2024-09-11

### ****- "Shake your wrist function"
Can you adjust the time range that it is effective?

If so, how?

Thanks!

PS: the range of accurate metrics of your watch and software is impressive!!

### *---- "data"
Evidently there are 2 versions of the application. Used to wrk well, now not so much . Really would like to do a reset to original version. Can’t figure out how . Can’t contact the company. Guess I will just delete it 😡
-- ON🤨, 2024-04-17

### *---- "Cannot sync to my device"
I tried everything
Bluetooth is on
I had it working in the past and now cannot find device???
-- deanjten, 2024-04-05

### *---- "Data synchronization"
Very difficult to connect to iPhone. Even closing app and restarting iPhone.
Hate it!
-- Digit53, 2024-03-16

### *---- "Face"
I cannot get to show time
-- Goose mulerider, 2023-11-19

### *---- "Help"
They never answer my questions. I have been trying for 3 weeks. The new watch does not pair with my phone. It does not come up ad a choice. What do I do?
-- Me too tooifiots, 2023-10-31

### ***-- "Function questions"
My V19 setup or settings does not give option of wearing watch on right or left wrist. I’m left handed so I wear my watch on the right wrist. I question the sleep data I’m getting is accurate.
