## Morning Mindful Description
Take back your mornings. Morning Mindful blocks social media and distracting apps until you write a short journal entry — helping you start each day with intention instead of endless scrolling.

How it works:
Set your morning window and choose which apps to block. Each morning, those apps stay locked behind a Screen Time shield until you complete a journal entry. Write about your mood, your goals, or whatever is on your mind — once you hit your word goal, your apps unlock.

Features:

Block any app during your morning window with Screen Time shields
Full Block mode or Gentle mode with 15-minute reminders
Set a custom word goal (50–1000 words)
Track your mood with each entry
Add photos from your library or camera
View your history, search entries, and filter by mood
Streak tracking to stay consistent
Daily reminders at a time you choose
Encrypted backup and restore
Google Drive backup with cross-platform sync
Dark mode support
Available in English, German, Chinese, and Vietnamese
Your journal stays private — all data is stored on your device. Optional encrypted backups to Google Drive.
